This is a very interesting article and I have read a similar article that’s amazing on http://ffermio.tv/en/blog/farming-business/tomorrows-consumers that explains more about why farming matters.
The article also is a campaign that calls for a fair price for beef and sheep farmers who produce the finest quality meat.

Please find your own ingredients. The assignment is to create your own salad with whatever ingredients you want. Check what is available at the market or supermarket and then create an original salad recipe. I suggest you try the recipe before you submit it to the jury at the end of the semester.
