Where I can find the ingredient to make a new salad?

Please find your own ingredients. The assignment is to create your own salad with whatever ingredients you want. Check what is available at the market or supermarket and then create an original salad recipe. I suggest you try the recipe before you submit it to the jury at the end of the semester.
